- All items ship same or next business day unless otherwise noted. (Holiday rush can cause a 1-2 day delay)
- We offer multiple shipping options at the lowest rates!
- Items are carefully packed with love to ensure safe delivery to you. If your item arrives damaged, please reach out to us by email within 48 hours of delivery. Claims cannot be made after 48 hours.
Return/exchange & cancellation policy:
- We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your item(s). You MUST notify us via email BEFORE submitting a return to receive a Return Authorization Number.
- Returns must be in NEW condition, unworn with all tags attached, unopened from original packaging, free from smoke odor, makeup/deodorant and other stains.
- Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs for making a return unless an error on our part or an approved, defective item.
- Original packing slip or order confirmation receipt is required in your return package.
- Please be aware that it can take 3-5 days to process a return upon delivery to our office.
- Returns sent back after the 14 day period or without prior contact via email or without packing slip/order confirmation receipt cannot be processed.
- Order cancellations are subject to a 10% restocking fee that will be deducted from your refund.
- If you would like to exchange, follow the return instructions to return the item, then place a new order for the exchange. This method helps us keep our inventory accurate and to ensure an efficient and fast delivery!
